She is Passionate about the Psychology field, empower others to Solve their Problems. She concentrated on the Mental Health Well Being of People.
She is a Clinical Psychologist. She did her Projects and Other Training and Studies further to get Enriched and Well Versed with the different Mental Health Problems.
A Vast Experience of almost 8+ years in Counselling and Addressing, Solving Mental Health/ Mental Stress Problems, made her more Experienced and Persistent in the Psychology Field.
Since last 3 years we are arranging Digital Stress and other sessions for our school children of Shreya Madam.
The delivery and content of workshop is Excellent. Our students got benefitted very much with it.
Now a days we all are majorly stressed/ overloaded with gadgets and screens. Screens are stealing everyone’s quality me time as well social time.
Got to know the digital stress causing affect on physical health also.
The workshop helped me and my employees to declutter the digital load. Working to cope up to mange stress with the tools.
