What it Does ?

Our Emotional Regulation program teaches handling emotional blunders and dealing with excessive emotions.
Participants learn strategies to manage anger, fear, guilt, anxiety, and emotional break downs. This program also covers dealing with past emotional trauma for overall emotional health.
